Kforce has a client that is seeking a Database Developer (Aprimo) in San Antonio, TX.
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Database Developer with deep Aprimo expertise to support Bank Marketing initiatives. This role was created to provide more comprehensive application support, improve development turnaround times, and bring greater governance and consistency across a highly decentralized Aprimo environment.
The team is looking for a consultant who can evaluate the application holistically, understand how multiple teams are utilizing the platform, identify opportunities for improvement, and make strategic recommendations. In addition to development work, this individual will play a key role in testing and validating solutions, helping fill a current gap in Aprimo knowledge and quality assurance capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Aprimo professional who can work independently, move quickly, and provide both technical leadership and hands-on development support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, optimize, and implement complex Aprimo workflows supporting enterprise marketing operations
* Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable database and application solutions
* Develop and maintain secure APIs and data integration pipelines
* Create and support reporting capabilities within Aprimo
* Enable analytics and business insights through Tableau and Power BI
* Configure, test, and support business systems and data stores
* Develop and optimize stored procedures and database objects
* Provide recommendations on database architecture, security, backup, and recovery processes
* Support governance efforts across multiple teams utilizing the Aprimo platform
* Document system designs, maintenance procedures, and operational processes
* Partner with stakeholders to improve platform performance, efficiency, and usability
* Assist with testing and quality validation of new enhancements and functionality
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-7+ years of software/database development experience
Aprimo Development (6-7+ years):
* Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing Aprimo solutions
* Ability to implement complex workflows and support enterprise marketing operations
* Experience making architectural and process improvement recommendations
Aprimo Testing (6-7+ years):
* Strong experience validating Aprimo enhancements and configurations
* Ability to create and execute testing strategies to ensure quality and functionality
* Comfortable serving as both developer and tester when needed
Marketing Technology Platform Experience:
* Experience working within marketing technology ecosystems and integrating Aprimo with other platforms
* Understanding of enterprise marketing processes and workflow automation
* Strong knowledge of enterprise database development and deployment practices
* Expertise in data modeling, physical database design, and database architecture
* Experience developing APIs and data integrations
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Workfront (highly desired)
* Financial services or banking industry experience
Experience supporting or integrating with:
* Snowflake
* Salesforce
* Marketing Cloud platforms
* Adobe CMS & DAM solutions
Reporting and analytics experience using:
* Power BI
* Tableau
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
