Job Description

We are seeking a Workday Implementation Engineer with strong experience in Core HCM and Workday Learning. This role involves hands-on configuration, integrations, security setup, reporting, and full lifecycle implementation support. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Workday enhancements and deployment activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday Core HCM and Learning modules
Support full lifecycle implementations (Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
Configure business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and reports
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Implement UI enhancements and guided workflows (Sana UI Cloud experience is a plus)
Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and Workday release upgrades
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Required Skills

3 6 years of Workday implementation experience
Strong expertise in Core HCM and/or Workday Learning
Experience with Workday Security Framework and Reporting
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
At least one full-cycle Workday implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Certification (HCM and/or Learning)
Experience with Skills Cloud or Talent modules
Exposure to third-party learning integrations (e.g., LinkedIn Learning)
Experience working in Agile environments

Additional Notes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
