Kforce has a client in Culver City, CA that is seeking a Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a fast-moving Data Transformation team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll help run meetings, manage Jira tickets, and keep work moving across teams. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, staying close to the work, and driving day-to-day progress - not just tracking it.
What You'll Do:
* Run project and sprint meetings and capture clear action items
* Turn discussions and requirements into structured Jira tickets
* Track tickets through completion and follow up on blockers
* Maintain project visibility across tasks, priorities, and owners
* Partner with team leads to improve Jira organization and workflows
* Take meeting notes and translate them into next steps
* Help improve intake processes and overall team coordination
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or project management
* Strong hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
* Ability to turn conversations into clear tasks and requirements
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
* Self-starter who can keep work moving without heavy oversight
Nice to Have:
* Experience in media, streaming, or content operations
* Exposure to data, systems, or transformation-related projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
