RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a ServiceNow Security & Risk Developer.
Position Summary:
ServiceNow Technical Consultant focused on development and configuration across Security & Risk (SecOps/GRC) to build security workflows, automation, integrations, and case management solutions on the Now platform.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and develop security workflows (incident response, vulnerability management, risk & compliance)
* Build forms, workflows, and case management components for SecOps/GRC use cases
* Develop automation using Flow Designer, scripting, and platform tools
* Create and maintain integrations with security tools (SIEM, IAM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
* Support security data ingestion, enrichment, and workflow orchestration
* Implement AI-enabled capabilities for threat prioritization and response (where applicable)
* Troubleshoot, test, and support deployments and enhancements
* Collaborate with architects and BPCs to deliver scalable solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
* Experience with Security Operations (SecOps), GRC, or risk workflows
* Experience building integrations and APIs
Strong skills in:
* JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
* Workflow/Flow Designer
* Platform configuration
Preferred:
* Experience integrating with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, IAM, vulnerability platforms)
* Familiarity with security operations and compliance processes
* Exposure to automation and AI-enabled security workflows
Certifications:
* ServiceNow CSA
* ServiceNow CAD (preferred)
* CIS-SecOps or CIS-GRC (nice to have)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
