You will not merely manage projects; you will architect the strategic growth of a multidisciplinary division, serving as a pivotal influence in the commercial and institutional development landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion the strategic growth of the MEP division by identifying new market opportunities and converting pursuits into high-value partnerships.

  • Synthesize technical precision with fiscal oversight, managing project scopes, budgets, and profitability from initial proposal through final delivery.

  • Drive multidisciplinary synergy by coordinating complex engineering efforts with architectural, mechanical, and plumbing stakeholders.

  • Architect comprehensive project solutions, including detailed electrical construction cost estimations and rigorous technical design reviews.

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring junior engineering talent and fostering long-term professional development within the firm.

  • Lead executive-level presentations and client consultations, positioning StaffRight Associates as the premier partner for large-scale developments in the Greater Phoenix area.

  • Navigate the full project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables surpass industry standards while maintaining an aggressive trajectory for practice expansion.

What You Bring

  • Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.

  • Credentialing: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is highly preferred to validate technical authority.

  • Industry Tenure: 15–25+ years of sophisticated electrical engineering experience, specifically within a high-tempo consulting environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Authoritative command of NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.

  • Business Acumen: A proven track record of work-winning activities, including proposal architecture and the management of profitable, client-facing portfolios.

  • Project Leadership: Extensive experience guiding MEP projects from initial pursuit through successful completion for commercial or institutional sectors.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
