Azure MLOps Engineer

Role: Azure MLOps Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-Site)

Contract

Power Platform Development

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps for healthcare workflows
• Build Power Automate flows to automate clinical, administrative, and operational processes
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for healthcare analytics and KPIs
• Implement and manage Dataverse data models

Healthcare Workflows & Integrations

• Automate workflows such as patient intake, referrals, care coordination, approvals, and audits
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure services, Dynamics 365, and third-party healthcare systems
• Work with EHR/EMR systems via APIs or standards such as FHIR / HL7 (where applicable)

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and internal security policies
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), DLP policies, and environment strategies
• Support audit logs, data retention, and compliance documentation

ALM & Deployment

• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
• Manage solutions across Dev / Test / Prod environments
• Follow best practices for versioning, testing, and deployment

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with clinical, operations, IT, and compliance teams
• Translate healthcare business requirements into low-code solutions
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing apps

Required Skills & Qualifications

Power Platform

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
• Experience building Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop flows)
• Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Experience with Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles)

Microsoft Ecosystem

• Integration experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integration
• Familiarity with custom connectors and REST APIs

Security & Compliance

• Understanding of HIPAA-compliant architectures
• Experience with DLP policies, environment governance, and data security
• Knowledge of audit logging and access controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
• Exposure to Azure Health Data Services
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
