Deployment TechnicianJob DescriptionTEKsystems is seeking a Deployment Technician to support equipment rollouts and provide hardware support to end users. This role involves assisting with the deployment of new devices, responding to hardware-related support requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the support process.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic IT support experience.
Responsibilities- Assist with the deployment and setup of new hardware and equipment.
- Provide desktop and hardware support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and hardware-related issues.
- Support device imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Manage and track IT assets and equipment inventory.
- Assist with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting end users.
Required Skills- Hardware deployment and support experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
