  • Job Duty 1: Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.
  • Job Duty 2: Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of crossfilters and custom report types.
  • Job Duty 3: Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: - Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows
  • Job Duty 4: Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Job Duty 5: Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
  • Job Duty 6: Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
  • Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.

    Problem-Solving    : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce. While you don't need to know all the answers, you must have the curiosity to find them.
    Project Management: Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.
    Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
