REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


Setting up scalable performance test automation lab using industry leading tools like LoadRunner Cloud in cloud environment
5+ Years of experience in Software Performance Testing and Software Test Automation
Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for enterprise services including but not limited to Salesforce Portal, Salesforce Internal Platform,

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Enterprise Performance Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for enterprise services including but not limited to Salesforce Portal, Salesforce Internal Platform, Service Now Self-Service Portal, Mulesoft Integration Platform, Data Transformation Pipeline, Enterprise Content Management etc...
  • Framework Development: Build and enhance scalable performance test automation framework using industry leading tools like LoadRunner Cloud etc.., integrated with CI/CD, JIRA and Xray for test management.
  • Business and IT Coordination : Collaborate with business teams and Operations IT team to understand critical business functions, operation usage and develop transactions scenarios and load profiles.
  • Leadership Interaction: Develop easy to read performance test summaries and articulate in business terms to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Overall 5+ Years of experience in Software Performance Testing and Software Test Automation
  • Medicaid Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Medicaid (MMIS) domain
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience in,
    • Setting up scalable performance test automation lab using industry leading tools like LoadRunner Cloud in cloud environment
    • Automation scripting in JavaScript and Python.
    • API testing using Postman.
    • CI/CD set up from the scratch using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
    • Working in Cloud-based testing environments using AWS
    • Working with Artificial Intelligent technologies in performance test automation.
  • Test Management: Significant experience using JIRA and Xray for requirement traceability and execution reporting.
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to collaborate with Business teams and Architecture team to develop performance test strategy.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Performance Testing using LoadRunner Cloud
  • Experience with test automation framework like CodeseptJS
  • Certification Knowledge: Understanding of CMS Outcomes-Based Certification (OBC)
  • Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271).
  • Previous experience in a TCoE structure within a State/Government health agency project.
