Digital Catalog & SEO Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic across all site pages of the client.

Responsibilities:
* Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize SEO performance, including technical health, on-page content, and keyword targeting, to maximize organic ROI
* Lead catalog management efforts, including product data accuracy, categorization, and content optimization to drive discoverability and sales
* Develop catalog, product, and site search enhancements using existing platforms and available datasets
* Implement interlinking, content enhancements, and strategies to maximize traffic from generative AI search
* Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate catalog updates, campaign launches, and process improvements
* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing
* 5+ years of experience
* Proficient at SEO strategies, running Google ads, Google Analytics 4, Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
