Summary

Description
The Sr. Project Manager (Digital) is accountable for delivery leadership across assigned Digital initiatives. This role provides execution discipline and delivery readiness-turning approved priorities into an integrated, date-driven plan, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and ensuring work is "built and ready" (not just completed) for production use.
Working in partnership with Product and Engineering, the Sr. Project Manager does not own product prioritization or backlog decisions; instead, they own execution against the approved scope and commitments. They coordinate across teams and PODs to manage delivery variance, enforce plan integrity, and escalate when dependency, readiness, or timeline risk threatens committed outcomes.
Accountable Deliverables
Initiative charter(s) and scope baseline (problem statement, outcomes, in/out of scope, assumptions)
Integrated delivery plan for the POD initiative portfolio (start/end dates, milestones, critical path, and dependency map)
Schedule management artifacts (milestone plan, sprint/release alignment as applicable)
RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) with owners, dates, and mitigation plans
Status reporting package (weekly/bi weekly updates, executive summaries, decision requests)
Deployment/go-live readiness package (readiness criteria, open risks/issues, operational readiness checklist, go/no-go meeting materials)
Cutover and communication plan (stakeholder comms, change communications, launch timeline)
Post-go-live tracking (hypercare plan, action-item tracking, lessons learned / retrospective themes)
This position establishes a consistent operating rhythm for multiple concurrent initiatives (each with defined start/end dates) inside each POD, maintaining transparent communications and decision-ready reporting for leaders and sponsors. Success is measured by predictable delivery, fewer surprises at go-live, and clear trade-offs when scope, capacity, or timing must change.
