Senior Construction Project ManagerHealthcare | Contract | Onsite - Nashville, TNTEKsystemsTEKsystems is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager (Contract) to support a high-volume Healthcare Planning, Design & Construction team. This is an owner-side PM role providing oversight and coordination across complex construction and renovation projects within active hospital environments.
The Senior PM will collaborate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple healthcare construction projects
- Oversee GCs, architects, and engineers (no direct execution)
- Track schedules, risks, and deliverables (Kahua or similar tools)
- Review drawings and documentation for risk and compliance
- Serve as liaison between construction teams and hospital stakeholders
Qualifications- Construction project management experience
- Healthcare or large institutional construction experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ICRA, life safety, and shutdown coordination
- PMP, CCM, or LEED a plus (not required)
- Strong communication, documentation, and owner-rep mindset
Work Environment- Onsite, 5 days per week
- Fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare setting
This role is ideal for High-level construction project managers with healthcare or large institutional experience looking to make an immediate impact on high-visibility projects through a TEKsystems contract engagement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
