Summary

Responsibilities:

- Maintain audiovisual, telehealth, and clinical display systems across hospital and clinic locations.
- Ensure supported equipment and systems remain operational and available for use.
- Perform routine system checks to verify functionality and operational readiness.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact clinical operations.

- Maintain conference room audiovisual equipment including displays, cameras, microphones, and audio systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues affecting conference room technology.
- Assist with equipment setup, replacement, and configuration when necessary.

- Maintain telemedicine carts and related equipment used for remote clinical consultations.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and device connectivity issues affecting telehealth sessions.
- Assist clinical staff with equipment issues impacting telehealth workflows.
