Salary Range: $69,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product and process defects.
• Performing root cause analysis of failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Documenting test results, creating reports, and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Calibrating and maintaining test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participating in design reviews to ensure testability and quality are built into products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems (e.g., using Python, LabVIEW, C#).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with various testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to analyze test data, identify trends, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting for test automation.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
• Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or other simulation environments.
• ISTQB Advanced Level certifications (e.g., Test Automation Engineer, Test Manager).
• Experience with embedded systems or firmware testing.
