Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for new manufacturing equipment.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for production lines.
• Analyzing test data to identify product defects and process inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with design and production teams to resolve identified issues.
• Performing root cause analysis for failed tests and product non-conformances.
• Documenting test procedures, results, and defect reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW).
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying automated test fixtures and systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and relevant industry standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting for test automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems and sensor technologies.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
