Job Description:Test Engineer | Ludington, MISalary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking Test Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes.
- Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
- Document test procedures, results, and defects accurately.
- Perform failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment regularly.
Recommended Qualifications- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
- Certifications in relevant testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, ASQ-CQT).
- Experience with vision systems or robotics in a manufacturing context.
