Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and executes test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Develops and maintains automated test scripts and tools.
• Analyzes test data, identifies trends, and generates reports on product performance.
• Collaborates with design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and defect reports.
• Participates in the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong understanding of data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with various test methodologies and equipment, including functional, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter).
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated test suites for complex systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools to track and communicate test results.
