Summary

NOTE: You must be onsite 3 days a week in Bedminster, NJ. It pays up to 100K + four weeks PTO, seven sick days, and ten Holidays.

Senior PMO Project Analyst

Responsibilities:
Project Facilitation:
  • Communicate project impediments to leadership and support team in efforts to clear roadblocks.
  • Analyze project performance data to determine potential risks of meeting goals.
  • Serve as role model to peers on applying project management methodology and delivery practices.
  • Advocate in the organizations embrace of core Project Management values, principles, and processes/practices.
  • Provide guidance to business analysts/product owners and related development teams to improve agreed key performance indicators.
  • Assist in planning project roadmaps, deliverables, and monitor performance.
Project Management Office:
  • Support continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Support project portfolio management, including coordinating deadlines, facilitating project prioritization, portfolio reporting, and PMO communications.
  • Analyze project data, including project schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Manage projects per appropriate delivery model and contribute to the advancement and improvement of project delivery methods (Agile/Kanban, DMAIC, Waterfall, etc.).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience.
  • PMI certification is a plus.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Product development experience on an Agile team or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools, e.g., Jira, Rally, ADO a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management tools, e.g., Workfront, Wrike, MSPW a plus.
  • 3+ years' experience following combination of Agile, Waterfall and/or DMAIC methodologies.
  • Experience with successful project management techniques.
  • Solid working knowledge of phased / iterative delivery techniques.
  • Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
