- Sr. PM -
- Need is indefinite. Asked how long and he said 10 years +
- PM will manage 10-12 projects at all time. This departments handles ALL SHC construction projects/
- Will ALWAYS give people 40 hours. Regardless of holidays / vacations / sick time / ect.
- Leaves his voicemail full. Prefers texts. Answers phone 99% of time. I will always call back if I dont answer
- OSHPD experience nice to have but not required
- Overseeing design, management and service of all projects
- Responsible for SHC, ValleyCare, University, and all clinics
- Minimum 2 day per week on-site. Rest of work will be remote.
Need:
Construction design, RCDD, construction background, CA construction projects.
Long term contract,
No CAD, sitting in meetings and catching people trying to hide stuff from me - either design firm.
Going through the drawings - why would you do that? Why is all the main duct work through the ceiling.
Coming in as a cable engineering engineer
Subject matter expert for low voltage. Trying to swing over a guy with projects in the hospital. HVAC is nice to have.

Its hybrid. Will need to be around as needed - maybe like 1 week a month but might be more than that.
