Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo Admin & Developer to support and enhance a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. The role involves configuration, development, system upgrades, reporting, and performance optimization within TRIRIGA/Maximo.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo applications
Support system upgrades and handle content migration
Design and manage business rules, workflows, and data models
Develop and optimize BIRT reports and dashboards
Improve system performance and usability
Work closely with developers, UX designers, and analysts

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Facilities Management
7+ years in Real Estate Management
4+ years hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo
Experience with TRIRIGA Projects v10
Experience supporting at least one full TRIRIGA/Maximo engagement
Experience working with government or HHS agencies

Preferred Experience

Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
