Role Overview
They take on new clients for the organization and analyze their pension plans and documentation. They program the administrator system and perform testing. Then hand it over to the delivery team and make necessary programming changes
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
Pension administration experience required
Education: Degree not required (equivalent experience acceptable)
Tools: Strong Excel skills (primary tool

- Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) ideally they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
- Implementation experience understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind 3. Testing experience knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
