Role Title: Salesforce Lead / Architect - State Govt Projects Experience Required.

Required Skills 1. 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
3. Experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.
4. Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, such as Git and Salesforce DX.
5. Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitoring system health and responding to user-reported issues.
2. Triage production incidents by assessing impact and urgency, identifying likely causes, coordinating resolution, and communicating status to stakeholders. 3. Partner with offshore support resources to investigate and resolve incidents, coordinate handoffs across time zones, and track issues through closure.
4. Perform approved data fixes, including validating the requested change, assessing downstream impacts, executing the correction, and documenting the outcome.
5. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, validating resolutions, and assisting business users with retesting.
6. Monitor and support scheduled and recurring batch jobs; investigate failures, coordinate reruns where appropriate, and confirm successful completion.
7. Maintain incident, data-fix, and batch-run documentation, escalating recurring issues and recommending preventive improvements.
