Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to support business functionality and resolve application issues.
Monitor production application health, assess and prioritize incidents, investigate root causes, coordinate resolution activities, communicate status updates, and track issues through closure in collaboration with stakeholders and offshore support teams.
Perform approved data corrections by validating requests, assessing downstream impacts, executing changes, and documenting outcomes; monitor scheduled batch jobs, investigate failures, coordinate reruns, and verify successful completion.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, validating resolutions, and assisting business users with retesting. Maintain incident and operational documentation, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including application troubleshooting, production support, incident management, data correction, and application maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Salesforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Data Migration, Production Troubleshooting
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise CRM applications and business processes involving customer information, service operations, user access, data management, and application availability.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
Experience managing production incidents, data correction requests, scheduled processing activities, and application defects while maintaining data accuracy, operational continuity, and reliable business workflows.
Experience supporting business users and cross-functional technical teams through UAT, issue prioritization, incident communication, offshore coordination, and continuous improvement of application support processes.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying Salesforce platform best practices, security controls, data modeling principles, and governor-limit considerations to maintain scalable and reliable applications.
Familiarity with source control, automated deployment processes, integration troubleshooting, data migration, and enterprise application support practices.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate issue resolution across geographically distributed teams and business stakeholders.
