Senior Design Engineer

Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Web Designer (UX / UI Designer) to enhance and maintain digital experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and in-store platforms. This role involves creating user-centered designs that align with business goals while ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to bring design concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain user-friendly digital experiences across web, mobile apps, kiosks, and in-store systems.

Collect and analyze customer feedback and user requirements through interviews and data analysis.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize new features and design enhancements.

Conduct usability testing sessions, interpret results, and refine designs based on user feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives.

Work alongside engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

Establish and uphold design systems, UI standards, and style guides.

Ensure all designs are compliant with accessibility, usability, and branding guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Tech, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in UX/UI design with attention to detail.

Demonstrated expertise in designing for web, mobile applications, kiosks, and in-store platforms.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

Hands-on experience with conducting usability testing and applying findings to improve designs.

Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas to technical and non-technical teams.

Familiarity with agile workflows and collaboration with development teams to implement designs effectively.
