REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), with significant exposure to R2R, S2P/P2P, Supply Chain and O2C domains.
• 10+ years of experience in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and PaaS Extensions, with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Fusion AI Agents Studio.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, global rollouts, or modernization initiatives, including technical architecture, solution design, and product management.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, SI partners, and complex design decisions in ERP programs.
• Deep understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technical governance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP, audit readiness).
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is highly desirable.
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Agile methodologies, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
Skills:
• Deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion) for R2R, S2P/P2P, and O2C domains, covering process flows, configurations, customizations, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, AI Agents Studio, OIC, VBCS, APEX, SOAP UI, API Gateway, PaaS Extensions, and shell scripting for ERP development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Strong techno-functional subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS / Cloud R2R, S2P/P2P, O2C and Supply Chain business processes, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with ERP integrations (OIC, Bhoomi, file-based, APIs), data migration, and boundary systems (e.g., procurement orchestration, contract management, spend analytics, bank validation, global einvoicing).
• Strong understanding of SOX, GxP, IT RBAC/ABAC, audit, and security standards.
• Ability to lead technical assessments, RFP processes, code/design reviews, and enforce coding/documentation standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a high ownership and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities, able to influence and align business/IT teams.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies, ERP deployment tools, and organizational change management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic, global environments and drive user adoption for new processes and systems.
