Your work will help transform our retail spaces into beloved destinations for our customers, colleagues, and the local communities we serve. Together, we aim to elevate the in-store experience, driving stronger engagement, growth, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead day-to-day execution of in-store marketing campaigns, events, and pilot experiences across client retail formats, owning timelines, cross-functional inputs, field readiness, and post-launch optimization to deliver against defined objectives.
  • Signage and Event Coordination: Oversee the prototyping, printing, and shipping of relevant signage and materials, ensuring proper delivery and maintenance of the envisioned experience.
  • Vendor Coordination: Oversee the communication and workflows to ensure multiple vendor deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations are met for the envisioned experience.
  • Field Communications: Develop and coordinate field-facing communications for key projects, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the execution lead for campaigns and events, partnering with Marketing, Creative/Agency, Legal, Clinical, Finance, and Operations to align on scope, approvals, timelines, and risks; communicate decisions and status to stakeholders.
  • Process Evaluation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements (e.g., briefing templates, approval of workflows, vendor coordination) that increase speed and quality of delivery for retail formats and pilots as they scale.

Required Experience:

3-5+ years of marketing and/or store operations experience with a strong foundation in business, retail, and consumer insights; experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, event marketing, store experience, or retail agency/strategy is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-Motivated: High-capacity individual who thrives in a demanding, performance-driven environment and makes thoughtful decisions under tight deadlines; proven ability to manage a portfolio of 5+ concurrent initiatives and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas simply and effectively in both written and oral forms across diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating progress and risks to Senior Managers/Directors, along with proposed risk mitigation solutions.
  • Collaborative Track Record: Proven ability to work with internal and external partners across levels to deliver business results.
  • Creative Collaboration Experience: Prior experience working with creative agencies, providing strategic direction, feedback, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Willingness to question the status quo to drive improvements and optimizations.
  • Retail Environment Familiarity: Strong understanding of the in-store retail environment and the physical and digital end-to-end consumer shopping experience.
  • Matrixed Organization Experience: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in experience management platforms like Medallia is a plus.
