We are seeking a skilled Marketing Owner / Rep Communications professional (Copywriter / Marketing Communications Specialist) to support our client. This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing rep-facing communications across Wealth and Brokerage business lines.
You will act as a key partner between marketing, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and engaging communications that support sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Write, edit, and manage marketing communications including emails and landing pages
2. Collaborate with business, product, and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements
3. Manage content through structured approval workflows (QA, compliance, and development teams)
4. Ensure all communications meet brand, regulatory, and quality standards
5. Analyze campaign engagement and recommend content improvements
6. Support and optimize rep communications strategy across multiple business lines
7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing content
Required Skills & Experience
1. 6–10 years of experience in copywriting, content development, or marketing communications
2. Strong experience in email campaigns or marketing communications
3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
4. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
1. Financial services experience (Wealth, Brokerage, or Banking)
2. Experience with marketing approval workflows or compliance-heavy environments
3. Experience with tools like E-Review or similar content approval systems
