Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee a comprehensive enterprise program aimed at process optimization, data governance, and system harmonization. This role involves leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and ensure seamless adoption for over 2,000 users across multiple regions and functions. This is a long-term contract position based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise programs focused on process reengineering and data model standardization.
Manage data governance frameworks, including policy creation, stewardship roles, and issue management.
Oversee the adoption of automated workflows and ensure quality control through rigorous testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, weekly progress reviews, and monthly Steering Committee updates to maintain transparency and alignment.
Coordinate global change management strategies, including communication plans, role-based training, and enablement toolkits.
Drive the implementation of digital solutions, such as SimpleMDG, to streamline operations and enhance data quality.
Ensure risk mitigation and value realization through hands-on management and effective stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Provide leadership in design thinking approaches to optimize user adoption and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize data governance and harmonize master data processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management within large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
PMP Certification is required.
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and manage complex projects.
Expertise in data governance, process reengineering, and workflow automation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including experience with board-level reporting.
Ability to manage risk, quality, and value realization effectively.
