Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee the implementation of cloud-based systems within a multi-unit restaurant environment. This long-term contract position is ideal for professionals who excel at managing complex projects, coordinating field deployments, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple locations. The successful candidate will bring expertise in cloud-based software and a proven ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of cloud-based systems across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth integration.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational goals.
Coordinate field service schedules and resources to optimize deployment efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
Facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and create executive-level presentations.
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project progress.
Maintain accurate project documentation using tools such as Excel or other tracking systems.
Ensure collaboration and alignment among technical teams, field teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Extensive experience implementing cloud-based systems in multi-unit restaurant or retail organizations.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Hands-on expertise in field service scheduling and deployment coordination.
Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
