We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our legal team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and experience in document management and client relations. The ability to maintain confidentiality, manage time effectively, and multitask is a must.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars.
2. Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
3. Managing and maintaining legal document management system, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
4. Developing and maintaining effective client relations, acting as a primary point of contact for clients.
5. Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
6. Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
7. Coordinating and managing special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Experience in document management and client relations.
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Exceptional customer service skills.
9. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
