Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in this capacity
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience (listed under required technical skills)

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Ability to maintain and prioritize product backlog items
• Experience supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities
• Ability to validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ability to ensure traceability from requirements through implementation and testing
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and search engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
