Summary

Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly specialized Epic Clinical Data Model Cohito Analyst to support a critical Epic implementation. This role requires deep expertise with Epic's data models and BI ecosystem, along with hands-on experience working within a healthcare provider environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, advanced Epic certifications, and an ability to work collaboratively within a remote, high-performing data team.

Key Responsibilities

Support Epic data integration, reporting, and analytics across Clinical, Cohito, Clarity, and Caboodle environments
Develop, maintain, and optimize data models that support clinical workflows and operational reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity for a successful Epic install
Troubleshoot data model issues and provide expert-level guidance on Epic BI architecture
Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and deployment of BI solutions
Ensure compliance with healthcare reporting standards and organizational data governance

Required Qualifications

Epic certifications (all four required):
- Cohito
- Clarity
- Caboodle
- Clinical Data Model
Experience working within a healthcare provider system (ambulatory or acute care)
- Experience from insurance or 3rd?party organizations is not preferred
Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones for team alignment
Strong experience analyzing and building complex Epic BI solutions

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Will consider junior-level talent if all required Epic certifications are met
Ability to step into a Level 1 role if experience aligns
Prior experience in Epic BI development using Access, Clarity, or Caboodle data structures
