Title: System Migration Analyst
Onsite Requirements: 100% remote must support EST hours

Key Responsibilities
Duplicate Resolution & Management: Act as the lead for resolving duplicate identities across Colleague, PowerCampus, Salesforce, and Workday. Independently confirm and merge records according to institutional business rules.
Proactive Auditing & Data Wrangling: Utilize SQL, Salesforce, and Informer Reporting to query environments and identify data anomalies or potential duplicates before they reach the migration stage.
Monitoring & Response: Monitor automated alerts and audit reports daily. Act as the primary tier-2 support for duplicate-related tickets submitted by business partners
Migration Support & Testing: Assist in testing new data ingestion processes, specifically focusing on the Unified Data Management Framework (UDMF), to ensure clean data flow into Workday.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in data management, systems analysis, or registrar-related functions within Higher Education.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with SQL (joining tables, identifying patterns) and data visualization/reporting tools (Snowflake, PowerBI, Informer, or similar).
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Workday, Salesforce, Colleague, or PowerCampus.
Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work with minimal oversight, manage a complex backlog, and meet strict project deadlines.
Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how a data change in one system (e.g., Salesforce) ripples through the entire enterprise architecture.
Information Security & Privacy: Proven track record of handling highly sensitive and protected data (such as PII, FERPA, or HIPAA) with strict adherence to security protocols, encryption standards, and institutional privacy policies.
