Full Stack Telecom Web Developer (Strong Telecom domain, PHP, Laravel ,TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js)

Position : Full Stack Telecom Web Developer (Strong Telecom domain, PHP, Laravel ,TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js) : EST / CST time zone.
Location : Overland Park , KS or Maitland , FL (EST / CST Candidate preferred) 
Type of Job : Contract : 12 Months
Experience : 10+ Years 

Mandatory Qualifications:
•    Located in either Central or East Coast Time Zones (Overland Park or Maitland, would be a plus)
•    Between 7 – 10 years of experience (no less, no more)
•    Advanced knowledge of telecommunications systems, terminology, operational processes, or network-service workflows
•    An “owner” mindset – be a part of the team, own the platform, go after the requirements, build it, test it.  Client wants someone proactive who will take charge
•    Good communication skills – candidate will be a part of daily syncs, weekly sprint planning sessions, and must be able to communicate and argue his/her point of view clearly
•    “Continuous learner” profile – constant up to date with newer technologies, frameworks, tools, through books, online courses, blogs, sites, videos, etc
•    Solid experience leveraging AI to accelerate web developing – MUST be able to list relevant AI tools used for professional developing and give actual examples
•    Mandatory technical experience:
o    Very solid professional experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
o    Very solid professional experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
o    Very solid professional experience developing modern frontend applications using Vue.js
o    Experience using Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework
Additional Qualifications:
•    Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, or containerized application deployment
•    Experience modernizing legacy applications or incrementally migrating mature systems
•    Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
•    Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, asynchronous processing, caching, and application monitoring
•    Familiarity with test automation, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
•    Experience supporting high-availability operational tools or systems with strict uptime requirements
•    Knowledge of secure software development practices and production observability
•    Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or issue-driven development environments
