SAP Analytics Lead/Architect - SAP BI/BW, Native HANA

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Lead/Architect to design and deliver SAP Analytics solutions across on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in SAP BI/BW, Native HANA modeling, SQL, ETL, Power BI, and Tableau to develop scalable analytics solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models to support business processes and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using appropriate reporting and visualization tools.
• Analyze complex data and present actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective analytics solution designs.
• Manage customer escalations and challenging project situations, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support project management activities and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and continuously expand SAP analytics and advisory expertise.
• Participate in presales activities as a subject matter expert when required.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, dependability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Travel occasionally to support client-facing engagements as required.

Required Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in SAP Analytics Lead/Architect or similar roles.
• 12+ years of business process knowledge and experience.
• 12+ years of strong experience in Native SAP HANA modeling, SQL, ETL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• 15+ years of experience recommending BI best practices and designing BI architectures based on customer requirements.
• 15+ years of SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise and integration experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP and ABAP experience preferred.
• Relevant SAP solutions is a plus.
