Job Overview:
Pay Range: $91.55hr - $96.55hr

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio view of Payments programs scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical feasibility and drive projects end-to-end.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into execution status, risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives to improve technical team productivity.
  • Identify technical dependencies and align stakeholders on mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Manage release planning cycles (quarterly, bi-annual) including resourcing, risk escalation, and mitigation.
  • Maintain effective communication across teams and leadership regarding project status, risks, and decisions.
  • Define success metrics and continuously assess risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with development teams to create and enforce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish best practices and align priorities across Payments programs.
  • Provide visibility into KPIs to highlight risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making.
  • Work independently with stakeholders while maintaining focus on priorities and execution details.
  • Build a collaborative and high-trust team environment, addressing blockers effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and productivity.

  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience developing processes and frameworks in evolving environments.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative and cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the software development industry.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with large-scale AI/ML platforms.
  • Experience contributing to AI-powered product development.
  • Passion for building and scaling AI-driven solutions.
