Job Summary:

Looking for an AWS Connect Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect (CCaaS) to design, develop, and enhance contact center solutions. The role focuses on customization, integration, and deployment of AWS Connect services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure Amazon Connect (contact flows, call routing, user management)
Customize and deploy AWS Connect solutions using CI/CD pipelines
Integrate AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex
Develop scripts to enhance contact center functionality
Work on reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking within Amazon Connect
Implement workforce optimization (forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling)
Support system integrations and CX (Customer Experience) improvements

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CCaaS)
Experience with AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex
Knowledge of CI/CD for deployment and automation
Understanding of VoIP and contact center technologies
Experience with reporting and dashboarding in Amazon Connect

Preferred:

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer)
Experience with workforce optimization tools and best practices
