Operations Analyst – SWP / Custody Operations

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst with SWP (SEI Wealth Platform) and Custody Operations experience to support back-office investment operations for banking and advisor client groups.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in custody/investment operations, with hands-on experience supporting SWP-related processing, cash and securities movements, account maintenance, and operational reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in Custody Operations with SWP
• Hands-on experience with SWP navigation and client/portfolio-level data research
• Experience processing cash and securities transactions
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, bonds, mutual funds, and traditional assets
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within time-sensitive operational deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Process SWP-related operational activities and service requests
• Maintain and update client/account static data, including address, DOB, fee packages, and statement recipients
• Execute inter-account cash and stock transfers based on client instructions
• Manage recurring and ad-hoc cash disbursements
• Process dividend and interest payments
• Review and post cash receipts from clients and counterparties
• Research client and portfolio-level information within SWP systems
• Generate and interpret BOXI reports for MIS and operational reporting
• Coordinate with multiple operational processing teams
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, quality, and privacy
• Complete assigned activities within established processing and delivery timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Experience with BOXI / BusinessObjects reporting
• Experience in custody, asset servicing, securities operations, or investment operations
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial products
