Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality solutions within an Agile environment. This role focuses on team leadership, development best practices, and the successful delivery of customer-centric solutions, particularly leveraging Genesys Cloud CX. The ideal candidate will combine strong people management skills with hands-on technical expertise in IVA development, flow configuration, and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Define, implement, and continuously improve development best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines. Facilitate structured peer code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and achieve sprint goals. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Establish team redundancy to reduce dependency on individual contributors for critical systems. Lead initiatives involving Genesys Cloud CX, including IVA development and flow/botflow configuration. Oversee the design, optimization, and maintenance of customer interaction workflows and automation solutions. Partner with architects and stakeholders to design scalable, customer-focused voice and digital solutions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing and coaching development teams in Agile environments. Strong understanding of SDLC, development best practices, and peer review processes. Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including IVA flow and botflow development. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Genesys Cloud CX certifications (Architect, Developer, or related). Experience with network, telephony, and firewall systems. Experience with cloud-based development, CI/CD, or DevOps practices. Familiarity with API development and integration. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Genesys Cloud CX , Genesys Cloud CX Architect , Genesys Cloud CX Developer
