Project Manager Infrastructure

Project Coordination & Execution
Assist in managing infrastructure-related projects including network upgrades, system implementations, hardware deployments, and facility improvements.
Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and task assignments.
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Help prepare project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and action item trackers.
Financial & Accounting Support
Assist with project budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor project costs and collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Review invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts for alignment with project budgets.
Support cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations for proposed infrastructure initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and third-party vendors.
Participate in project meetings, document meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Communicate progress updates to internal stakeholders with clarity and accuracy.
Process Improvement & Learning
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
Proactively learn about project management methodologies, infrastructure technologies, and financial processes.
Assist with the implementation of standardized project management practices across the organization.
