responsibilities:

Application Development


  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
  • Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.


Database Development


  • Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
  • Analyze and improve application performance through database optimization and tuning.
  • Develop and maintain data models that support business and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.


Continuous Discovery & Opportunity Identification


  • Conduct ongoing engagement with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and evolving needs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
  • Research emerging business requirements and technology capabilities.
  • Analyze existing solutions and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.


Business Analysis


  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.


Solution Delivery


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Contribute to solution documentation, operational readiness, and production support activities.


Quality and Operational Excellence


  • Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Follow secure coding practices and software development standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.




qualifications:

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.


5+ years of software development experience.


robust experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and database design.


robust proficiency in Python development.


Experience developing modern web applications using React.


Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.


3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or similar roles.


robust requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.


Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.


robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


robust understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.


Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.


Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.


Experience supporting software development teams.


Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.


Experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting solutions.


Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.


Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration patterns.


Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent source control platforms.


Experience implementing authentication and authorization frameworks.


Exposure to AI/ML solutions and modern data platforms.


Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
