Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or related technical roles.
- 4+ years of experience developing applications with Python.
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing solutions with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience building modern web applications using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
- Experience designing scalable microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
- Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration solutions.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
About the RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, you will design, build, and support enterprise applications and data solutions that enable critical business capabilities across the organization. You will work across the technology stack, developing backend services, data solutions, and modern user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
You will partner with product managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions that create measurable business impact. The role requires strong expertise in Python, Microsoft SQL Server, and React, along with a commitment to software engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Build scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices that support business-critical applications.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Data and Database Engineering- Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
- Improve application and database performance through monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
- Create and maintain data models that support operational and analytical use cases.
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Operational Excellence- Develop automated testing frameworks and monitoring solutions.
