Role: SAP Project Manager (Medical Device / Manufacturing)

Exp: 12+ Years

Location: Denver, CO (Remote; travel to client locations for meetings)

Skills Required:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Manufacturing and Quality workstreams for a global SAP transformation program.
  • This individual will drive planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Design, Build, Test, and Deployment phases while partnering with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrator resources.
  • 8+ years of SAP project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading SAP implementations in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, or related functional areas.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality processes, and operational business functions.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and external consulting partners.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing and Quality modules including PP, QM, PM, or related operational processes.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing master data, testing, data migration, and integration activities.
  • Experience supporting global template deployments across multiple regions and business units.
