About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Manufacturing and Quality workstreams within a global SAP transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project execution across design, build, testing, and deployment phases while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP program delivery experience, strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, and a proven ability to lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives in complex, regulated environments. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly valued but not required.

Location: Denver/Hybrid Preferred; Remote/Non-Local Candidates would need to travel to Denver frequently (Up to 50%)

Responsibilities
  • Lead Manufacturing and Quality workstreams within a global SAP transformation program.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical dependencies.
  • Drive program governance, including risk, issue, action, and decision management (RAID).
  • Partner with business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, stakeholder meetings, and executive status reviews.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
  • Support testing, organizational change management, cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies and ensure alignment across program teams.
  • Prepare executive communications, status reporting, and governance materials.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading SAP implementation or transformation programs within Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, or related functional areas.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management processes.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and third-party consulting partners.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing and Quality modules, including:
    • Production Planning (PP)
    • Quality Management (QM)
    • Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • Experience utilizing SAP Activate methodology.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing master data, testing strategies, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Experience supporting global template deployments across multiple business units and geographic regions.
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.

You have a demonstrated ability to drive execution, establish accountability, navigate stakeholder relationships, and bring structure and discipline to large-scale ERP initiatives. While experience in Manufacturing and Quality domains is beneficial, proven SAP delivery leadership and transformation expertise are the highest priorities.
