Key Responsibilities:- Lead full lifecycle Agile project management from initiation through implementation
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches to drive delivery success
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Prepare and deliver clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and gaps in requirements
- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile practices and organizational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project objectives
- Maintain and organize all project documentation and reporting
- Support backlog development and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities
Qualifications:- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading Agile projects, including cross-functional initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile development teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presence
- Experience with project tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:- SAFe or Scrum certification
- PMP certification
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $70.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
