Key Responsibilities:- Lead and evolve Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices to mature and optimize enterprise portfolios
- Oversee portfolio intake, prioritization, and investment decision frameworks to maximize value flow
- Manage portfolio Kanban and guide governance decisions (stop/pivot/persevere)
- Drive active portfolio management across budget, scope, and execution
- Monitor Lean budgeting guardrails and ensure alignment with strategic funding priorities
- Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Deliver insightful portfolio reporting, including metrics, OKRs, and value-driven performance indicators
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Serve as an Agile coach-identifying gaps, driving continuous improvement, and championing transformation
- Act as the primary liaison for initiative owners, managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional alignment
- Build strong relationships across business units, leadership, and key stakeholders
Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation
- Proven expertise in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Scaled Agile (SAFe)
- Strong background in managing large, complex portfolios and driving Agile enterprise transformation
- Deep knowledge of project management best practices (risk, change, dependency, and executive reporting)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities (both virtual and in-person)
- Experience launching value streams and leading enterprise-level LPM initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior consulting experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $80.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
