Role Descriptions:
· 10+ years of ServiceNow experience

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama and/or Zurich releases)

· Experience with Now Assist Skills Kit

· Strong expertise in LLM Topic configuration

· ServiceNow development and platform customization experience
