Support daily network operations to promote dependable connectivity and minimize service interruptions across campus systems.
Review system activity, alerts, and performance data to identify issues early and maintain overall network health.
Administer access controls, security configurations, and user account setup across systems to protect resources and ensure appropriate permissions.
Use security and vulnerability management tools to evaluate risk, monitor exposure, and help maintain a secure technology environment.
Execute infrastructure and systems projects involving hardware installation, software deployment, testing, and integration while coordinating work to avoid disruption to existing services.
Maintain clear technical records covering system setups, network layouts, and troubleshooting procedures in collaboration with technology leadership.
Provide hands-on support to faculty, staff, and students for technology-related needs, including event support, help desk requests, and resolution of hardware or software issues.
Partner with the broader Technology Team on data stewardship, continuous improvements, and other assigned initiatives that enhance school operations.
Assist with desktop, printer, and mobile device support across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments as needed.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems or network engineering, with strong practical knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
