Business Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst III in New York City, NY.

Key Tasks:
* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
* Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
* Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

Task Breakdown:
* 15% - meetings
* 40% - heads down work
* 45% - collaboration teamwork

REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Top 3 Must Haves:
* B2B experience
* Project management experience
* Cross functional partnership experience

Nice to Have:
* B2C experience
* Amazon experience
* Relationship building experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
