Role Overview
This position is for a Mobile Engineering Project Manager responsible for driving product development, adoption, and expansions for mobile applications. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, which requires engagement with multiple teams. The project manager will communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance with standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables to meet client expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of project deliverables.
- Communicate work objectives and manage project risks effectively.
- Ensure execution and delivery meet functionality, quality, timeline, and cost expectations.
- Facilitate synchronization points across various teams and business lines.
- Manage and lead teams to deliver required functionality and products.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, setting priorities and delegating tasks.
- Ensure compliance with project and software development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical product owner or business analyst role within a project-based environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading or managing people and delivering products is necessary. Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities is also required.
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required. Proficiency with Agile tools, such as Jira, is preferable. Knowledge of project and software development techniques is necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected.

- Understanding of the Mobile Applications space.
- Experience with UI/UX design and Fintech.
- Experience working directly with technology teams.
- Proficiency with Agile software development practices.
- Strong data literacy and an analytical mindset.
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional areas.
- Experience presenting complex information to multiple levels within an organization.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $60.00/hr - $64.54/hr
